Wishing all of our Y

Earlier this month, we were incredibly proud to see St Peter’s recognised at the Pride of Table Tennis Awards, held during the World Table Tennis Championships in London 🏓👏

Our school was shortlisted as one of just four finalists in the prestigious ‘School of the Year’ category, an amazing achievement! While we didn’t take home the top award, being named a finalist was a truly special and memorable moment for everyone involved ♥️

This recognition reflects years of dedication and hard work, led by Mr Pegg, alongside a shared commitment to building a thriving table tennis culture within our school. It celebrates the passion, time, and effort invested in creating opportunities for pupils to participate, develop, and flourish in the sport.

A special thank you to Brian Kinsella, who supports our After-School Table Tennis Club and strengthens our links with Market Bosworth Table Tennis Club, and to Mrs Scott for representing the school at the ceremony and collecting the certificate.

Thanks to strong coaching and valuable community partnerships, participation in table tennis at St Peter’s has grown significantly over the past year, giving more pupils the chance to develop their skills, confidence, and competitive experience.
