As a Trust of ten schools, we work together to share good practices, support leadership and develop our teachers and staff. Our goal is to provide an education that promotes both equity and excellence. Our Central Team and Education Leadership Team offer high-quality support services to ensure continuous improvement.

Students, school staff, Embrace Central Team members and even visitors during the school run are encouraged to take part in this Trust wide initiative! 🤝🤩

Throughout the day, all schools within Embrace will participate in age-appropriate sessions focused on anti-racism, designed to foster understanding and empathy among pupils.

Last week, our School Leaders, History Leads and Classroom Teachers participated in a training session led by the Holocaust Education Trust.

The session explored how to approach this complex and sensitive subject with confidence and care, ensuring that students gain a meaningful and respectful understanding of its historical significance.

Staff engaged with age-appropriate approaches for teaching the topic across both primary and secondary settings. The session covered pre-war Jewish life, using personal stories to help students understand who the victims were, as well as persecution in Nazi Germany and the Holocaust itself.
