Our Year 10 student, Cameron, attended the Regional Development East Midlands Boxing Championships on the 27th September 🥊👏

Being the first bout on a jam packed card, Cameron dug deep and after a rocky start in the first round managed to pull it back and win on a split decision making him the under 48kg champion! 🙌

Cameron has been focusing on these championships since the beginning of the summer holidays, running sprints and over 15km runs, attending one to one training at the weekend, and training 6 times a week since the beginning of term to be the best person on the day to win 🏆

Well done St Peter's! 🎉👏We're thrilled to announce that we have been reaccredited as a Centre of Excellence in Financial Education, for the second time! 🎉👏

We've been recognised as a school that has embraced and embedded financial education into our vision, ethos and curriculum, which was commented on positively at our Ofsted and SIAMS school inspections. This results in our pupils gaining the knowledge, skills and confidence to be able to make informed and independent financial decisions 💷🧠
